This policy describes how Goldring Labs ("we", "us") handles information in Kill Policy: Sniper Noir (the "Game") on iOS and Android and on killpolicy.com.

Information we collect

The Game is designed to be played offline. We do not require an account and we do not collect, store or sell personal information. Game progress, settings and upgrades are saved locally on your device only.

Third-party services

If you download the Game from the Apple App Store or Google Play, Apple or Google may collect information under their own privacy policies (Apple, Google). Optional "Rate" or "Feedback" buttons open the App Store, Google Play or your email app; anything you choose to send is used only to respond to you and improve the Game.

Website

killpolicy.com is a static site served by Cloudflare. It uses no cookies, analytics or trackers. Cloudflare may process standard technical data (such as IP address) for security and delivery.

Children

The Game contains stylized violence and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Your rights

Because we hold no personal data, there is nothing to access or delete. Uninstalling the Game removes all locally saved data.

Changes

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

Terms of Use

The Game and all content are © Goldring Labs and licensed, not sold, for personal, non-commercial use. Do not reverse engineer, redistribute or modify the Game. The Game is provided "as is" without warranties to the extent permitted by law.
